How We Started
Our Story
Synergy Care was born from a personal experience. Our founder watched a family member struggle to find qualified, trustworthy care for a parent living with dementia — and realized that too many families face the same impossible search. That experience became the foundation of everything we do.
We set out to build a care organization that specializes where it matters most: geriatric care and dementia support. Today, our team of trained caregivers, care coordinators, and clinical advisors works side by side with families to provide the kind of care we'd want for our own loved ones.
